Hotel is conveniently located within 5 minites of the train station (Ariake Tennis-no-mori station). The place is very peaceful and tranquil at night. The staffs are always helpful in any ways possible

Close to ariake garden and the metro as well as the bus stop. Pro tip: it’s easier and faster to take the bus to get into Ginza and the bus goes straight to Tokyo station as well

Easy to get around given that it's in Tokyo but you probably only have a main bus that's your primary transport. Amenities are basic, and if you have big luggages, like many Japanese hotels, you'll struggle to open it within the room itself.

All staff are very polite, except the night shift in the reception, maybe he is very tired that’s why he’s not apprroachable or in a bad mood .. Hotel is very clean, the food is good.. I can say , its a recommendable to my friends .

Located in airy area of tokyo. Very near ariake mall. Staff were extremely helpful. Amenities provided were great. Lovely clean, new hotel.
