Clean and comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. A bit far from the centre but well connected by public transport, so not an issue. Great value!

It’s very nice to foreigner and the hotel with the most advanced facilities, such as auto checking machine which can provide multiple languages. if you have any problem with this, the clerk is very willing to help. And facilities such as the dyson appliances the air condition are all provided was good situation and the most important thing is the room is so clear and I can not even feel any dust in the room. And on the ninth floor,vending machines, laundry machine and ice machine are all provided. If you need to get some food, you just need to walk for about three minutes to the convenience store. And there is a coffee shop near the hotel, you can check the Google meet and find that way to be there walking about five minutes.

Hotel is close to metro station and JR station. But pretty far from everything. You won’t find anything like good ramen place or Izakaya in that district, just because there are even no houses where people live.

This hotel is comparable to a 4-star hotel which offers guests with a great value proposition. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying again.

Stayed in Tokyo for three days. It is very convenient to go to Disneyland and Odaiba Tokyo Bay. It is relatively clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The room is large in Japan. We brought children with us, and because a child is over 6 years old, there is an additional fee, but it is not expensive. You can add an extra bed, but we don't need it. Toiletries, Sekkisei facial cleanser, facial masks, bath salts, coffee, etc. are all available in the lobby. We took a bath for three days. The area is just right and it is quiet. The breakfast is also just right, mainly Japanese. You can do self-service laundry, but we didn't do it. There is a subway station outside, which is very convenient for travel. You can see the Tokyo Bay Bridge and Tokyo Tower in the house, and the Tokyo Skytree at the end of the corridor. Overall, the price-performance ratio is relatively high.

The facilities around the hotel are quite complete. There is a Family Mart, a BBQ restaurant, a ramen restaurant, and Shin-Kiba Station is next to it. It is two stops away from Disney. It is very convenient to go to Disney. Ginza is not far away. The hotel checks in and out on the machine, and there are staff to assist; If you don’t bring toothbrushes and children’s toiletries, you can pick them up at the check-in area on the 2nd floor before returning to the room. There are no toothbrushes and children’s toiletries in the room; The room is quite small, and it is difficult to leave with the suitcase spread out. It is still very convenient to go back to the room to sleep at night after playing outside during the day! It is also very clean, small but complete!

The hotel is super close to the subway station. It only takes 2 stops to go to Disney. The decoration of the hotel is simple and comfortable. The room is relatively large for Japan. The bathroom and shower room are separate and clean.
