Customer service was perfect, the hosts were friendly and the futons were comfortable. The onsen was unfortunately too hot for my liking.

A small but cozy place, warm-hearted staff, they can help to call taxi. Nice open-air spring bath. Easy walk to the temple.

It is a rare Japanese-style hot spring hotel in the city center. The owner is very nice. He arranges a very exquisite breakfast in the morning and arranges everything in detail. It is only a few minutes away from Sensoji Temple.

The price-performance ratio is very low. The room is very small for 2500 yuan per night. It is as small as a pigeon cage. The breakfast is just a watery soup with a drink. The quilt is sandwiched with a sheet, which is very uncomfortable. There are also advantages. It is close to the street and not noisy. The facilities are very simple but very clean. Also, they will call you to check out at 10 o'clock on time

It's really good to go to a private ryokan when traveling alone. Private reservation bathing time is designated separately, so it is good to enjoy comfortably. The staff are friendly and speak English, Japanese, and Korean (a little). Breakfast is available, but if you make a reservation for dinner on the same day, we will introduce a separate restaurant (omakase restaurant). Breakfast was also delicious. I want to go again next time

Want to experience a Japanese inn, so I booked this one. The price/performance ratio is still relatively high in Tokyo. The inn is located in a residential area, the environment is average, but it is close to Sensoji Temple and the transportation is very convenient. There are welcome drinks and red bean snacks, which taste good. The daily breakfast is Japanese style, delivered to the room by the staff, which is quite delicate and the taste is quite satisfactory. After making an appointment, the hotel guests can enjoy a free bath on the rooftop. Because it is booked in advance, there is only a small hot spring pool, which is very private and worth a try. The disadvantage is that we are not used to Japanese tatami, and sleeping directly on the floor is still not as comfortable as sleeping on a bed.

The overall perfection of the accommodation, such as the concept, is very high. Excellent location, tidy interior, excellent service from the staff, delicious breakfast (the taste is not very good, so the ryokan is good) The price may seem a bit expensive When I went and stayed there, I didn't think it was worth it at all.

Cyashitsu feels like a second home! Upon arrival, we were treated to a cup of fresh tea and dessert while the staff shared more about the area and the Ryokan itself. The area felt residential and was a short walk to many restaurants and historical sites. The rooms are small, but well designed, clean, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning and highly recommend taking advantage of the traditional Japanese spread. Make sure to book the outdoor bath in advance! It was extremely relaxing and has great views of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, until departure, the staff at Cyashitsu Ryokan made me feel so welcome and were genuinely trying to ensure a perfect stay. Koji-san - always a smile, and so attentive; I am so sorry, I forget the young lady who checked me in (starts with an "A"), but she was wonderful as well; took time to get to know me as she checked me in; so friendly. The room, took my breath away - this was the last night of my stay and it was the perfect ending. After all the hustle and bustle, I was able to breathe and just enjoy the peacefulness, while in Tokyo! The onsen, was such a treat - you can see Tokyo Skytree off in the distance while relaxing in the private onsen. (Reserve for 45 minutes - included with stay). I think my breakfast might have been my best meal! It seemed like so much food, but I didn't feel full at all - it was well balanced, delicious, and beautiful. I would return in a heartbeat!

We are a family of 10 that wanted a truly cultural experience, and the ryokan in the heart of Tokyo delivered beyond what we imagined. It is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The staff is absolutely terrific and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
