All good. I'll reiterate on some points, mentiones in other reviews:
1. The location is great - right on top of two metro lines.
2. The rooms are small. So beware. Basically all the time I was in the room, I was either lying on the bed or in the shower/toilet. These two things things fit there just fine.
3. The room was clean. No smells. People wrote anout black mold - I have no clue what that is, so all good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
4. Sounds. The walls felt soundproof enough. But the door... The room next to mine had visitors knocking like every 15 minutes for hours every night. I'm afraid to imagine what was happening there. But every time someone came - I heard all of it. Slept like a log, though).
5. Mites, ticks or whatever other bedbugs - none. That was the scariest part from other reviews. There weren't any. We had several rooms, everyone's still alive and well.

Perfect for a few nights stay they have delicious restaurants nearby i ate at an indian place and it was so good also there is a subway entrance bus ten a one minute walk from the hotel

I loved my stay in Livemax Hotel. The location is great, there are several metro stations nearby from diffetent lines which makes it convenient to travel to various parts of city. And the neighbourhood has plenty if food places and convenience stores. The stuff is friendly and helpful. There's a laundry room with dryers on the 1st floor and one can buy detergent right there at the reception, that's convenient for me since I travel as a backpacker. Room was clean with all the necessary amenities. Definitely will stay there again and recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

I saw some reviews of this hotel before I went there, but they were not very good. However, after I went there, I found that the room was quite spacious, not as small as it was said at night. It felt like I could open two 24-inch suitcases. The bathroom was all Japanese standard and very clean. Although it was a little small, it had everything. The location of the hotel is very, very good. Take the A6 elevator at the subway entrance, turn left and then turn left again, and it's only a few dozen meters away! ! It's very convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend it to people who go alone.

Nihonbashi business district, there are many authentic restaurants, izakayas and bars downstairs, and the train station is just downstairs. The location is impeccable. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator, and is fully equipped.
There is basically no service, and the front desk goes off work very early. Even during working hours, they often hide in the small room behind the front desk.
I have been to Japan so many times, and this is the first time I have seen a room with such poor hygiene. As you can see from the picture, there is thick dust everywhere. I dare not use the air conditioner or exhaust fan at all. Even the quilt is covered with dust. I could only pretend to ignore it during my stay, and now I think it's really creepy.
