Great spot—the location is perfect with several metro lines available around the hotel. The staff, like everything in Tokyo, was impeccable! I'll definitely be back in the future ☺️

Location was good and place was clean. The room was quite small but we already expected it as most places in Tokyo are relatively small. Luggage storage available at 500 yen too. There were also free drinks and some miscelleanous items at the lobby you can help yourselves to which was great.

Hotel is pretty clean and proper, bed is comfortable. Is pretty near the train station as well. Not exactly near by any malls for this price, you can just train around.

Lovely hotel 1 stop away from Shibuya. Provided drinks and ice cream at the lobby with wonderful selection of manga.

I surely recommend this hotel regardless of 20minutes walk to shibuya crossing. 5mins walk to subway station. free and unlimited toiletries, free hot and cold drinks and free ice cream. For a traveler with family, you will surely enjoy this place since 7 eleven and mcdonald is just a steps away, go get some food for breakfast and eat at the lobby with free drinks. I will miss this hotel and surely we will go back to this hotel. it’s a 1 stop train or 3mins ride. They change and clean the room everyday. everything is perfect and no bad review since the people in there is so helpful, nice and friendly.

Typical Tokyo hotel room size, which means very small. I don't really mind since I spend most of time outside of my room. The lobby is cool with all you can drink soft drinks and all you can eat ice creams. The staff don't speak much English, but I think google translate can help that part. There are restaurants and supermarkets around the area, and its close to a subway station as well. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Quite satisfied! The hotel I booked for the exam was very convenient from the exam venue. The service is comprehensive and the environment is clean and tidy.

In Shibuya's Ikejiri Bridge, it is very close to the subway station. The room is small and clean with free coffee drinks at the front desk.

Almost double the price from last fall. It hurts there. Other than that, I'm satisfied. The dust under the bed...you can't tell unless you look inside...but I was a little concerned. There is no mold on the shower curtain, etc., and I think it is in good condition.

Not in Shibuya. Front desk staff were rude. Made the check in process difficult. Third hotel in Japan on this trip second in Tokyo. This was the least hospitable of the three.

The location was 10/10. We couldnt have asked for a better location, nice new hotel. The only thing we really disliked were all the charges. 10£ for rent of a hairdryer, 10£ for luggage storage and so on- things that are always free at hotels. And its not because its cheap, we paid 231£ pr. Night.
