Great hotel, basic, clean some amenities options to wash clothes if you need to. good price for the location. I would book here again for sure. Good subway connection for the area too, close to a subway entrance.

Stayed 4 nights. Walking distance to Suehirocho station & Ueno-hirokoji station (Ginza Line), Ueno-okachimachi station (Oedo Line), and Ameyoko shopping streets. 7-11 & McDonald's is also nearby. The room is clean, but housekeeping is not every day unless you stick the "Clean Up Room" on the door before 11 am. Not all the staff can speak English. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Tokyo. Highly recommended.

About 10 min walk to train station, and Ueno. Would be great if it’s closer. Everything else is top notch and would love to stay here again

Close to subway station and walking distance (15 mins) to Ueno park, room is clean and comfortable, 7-11 is also just beside hotel.

It’s really comfortable and the location is good. Quiet. Subway is so very near, only 4 minutes walk. I will come again.

The hotel service was good. The venue was good too. There was a convenient store nearby. They had a few washing machines downstairs but they were unable to lock when washing

Hotel is on a quiet street but only 7-10 min walk from the Akihabara area and 3-5 mins from the nearest metro. The hotel lobby is on the second floor and they have a kiosk for checkin and checkout that’s available in multiple languages. Overall room size is similar to many other business hotels in Tokyo. Good for solo travelers. Would book again if in the area.

A great no frills Hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. The hotel is located in a great spot, right next to the Ueno-okachimachi station servicing the Oedo and Ginza lines. situated between the Ueno and Akihabara JR stations which are both easy to walk to. if you're looking for a good simple place to sleep in your Tokyo trip I highly recommend it.

The room was very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, the room is quite small as most hotel rooms in this price range in Tokyo.
