Excellent front desk staff. Heavy rain outside when we first arrived hotel. She is so nice to give us towels for drying ourselves.
Same when we leave the hotel, we need a quick repack and yhe front desk ladies helped us to move the luggage to te place.
Room is in good size and spring was great especially after a tired day.
A small comment here. Hotel change ladies' spring password on each Monday. We back to hotel after midnight and I cannot get into the spring without a new password given. So a bit disappointed.

The room and passageway are comfortable with a calm wooden tone, and the bath is large and relaxing.
The breakfast is also wonderful and the delicious side dishes and freshly baked bread are exceptional.
It would have been better if we could have been in time for the welcome drink, but the timetable for preventing tangled sake. I think it's good.

It's a bit of a walk from JR Kamata Station, but it's not too far. The exterior looks old, but the rooms have been renovated and are kept clean. There are separate large public baths for men and women on the first floor, but both the dressing rooms and bathrooms are small, and there are only three washing areas, so you can't take your time bathing if there is someone waiting behind you. I wish they would introduce a system that lets you know how busy the public bath is on the TV in your room. Breakfast is simple, consisting mainly of raw vegetable salad and bread with a few side dishes, but since it is a free set, I guess it can't be helped. Other than being able to take your time soaking in the large public bath, I think you'll be satisfied.

３年ほど前にリニューアルしたとのことで館内は綺麗です。到着してからウエルカムドリンクがアルコールやソフトドリンクが飲み放題で利用させて頂きました。大浴場も男女別で入れ替え制ではないので時間を気にせず利用できます。炭酸泉が気持ちよかった。部屋も清潔感があってデスクが使いやすくコンパクトながら快適でした。翌日の朝食も品数も多く大満足です。スタッフの方も皆さん親切。コンビニも徒歩２分ほどの所にセブンがあります。蒲田駅西口から途中少し小道に入るので少しわかりにくかったのですがグーグルマップで検索したら大丈夫でした。また利用したいです。
