Great location, quiet side of Ueno station. Great restaurant and free flow of in house SAKE! Familymart is round the corner. Ameyoko market is also nearby. Super convenient.

This hotel is our family's stay. Although the room is small, it doesn't feel oppressive. Although the room is small, it has all the necessary features and has enough space. The lobby is designed in Western style and the staff is polite! English communication is very good, because there are foreigners at the front desk, but the toilet is a bit old, and the hygiene is acceptable. Very close to Ueno Station!

The hotel service is good. The front desk staff will help you carry your luggage up the entrance stairs. There are no tea/coffee bags in the room, but there is a hot water kettle, and there are vending machines on other floors. The morning I left, there was a female employee wearing high heels. She still carried her luggage and dropped it down the stairs at the door. She was very professional!
