Good location with family mart at the ground floor. Stayed here only one night. I like self service concept, you can pick up amenities, ice or whatever at lobby with fast self check in and check out.
But!!!!
Unfortunately the cleanliness is a big failure of this hotel. I cannot sleep and feel itchy on my body so I check my bed. I never see something like this before. There is small dust everywhere on my bed.

The hotel is good with good location. It is convenient to travel across Tokyo. The room is clean, but a bit small. They also offered simple breads as free breakfast. People are friendly there.

Pro: Near Tokyo Tower & can be accessed via Monorail from Haneda Airport. Room have sufficient amenities. Family mart under the hotel quite spacious and have a lot of foods.
Con: A bit far from Shibuya & Shinjuku.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Facilities not much but essential, food only coffee and water, little breads too simple.

Location is not too bad, about 10 mins walk from Hamamatsucho station and has a monorail station right in front of hotel. Hotel also has free luggage storage (self service) for travelers so it’s very secured and nice. Only thing to watch out for is that room has no amenities and guests would have to head to the lobby to enjoy the limited amenities.

There is a place for you to place your luggage before check in time so you can explore the city without your bags.
Also the location is convenient to get to Haneda airport, can the JR rail is not far from it.
There is a FamilyMart located besides the hotel so it is very convenient to get items there.

The hotel has a unique style by blending in comic patterns into it’s walls, floor and beds.
It’s close to the station and also by the sea so it’s at a very good location.
If you are lucky, you can see tokyo bay out of your window.
The hotel is connected to a family mart, the yurikamome line, and there is a sukiya right across the street, so you pretty much have everything you need.

Tiny room but was very clean. Acceptable for solo traveler and it’s situated opposite to a nice HarbourFront area.

The room is tiny, but it is near the train station and convenience store, there is a place that has good view around there. Overall is quite good.
