I was staying in Room 5317 and the window cannot properly close up. It's quite noisy out side and I need to bear with that for the whole night. it's a terrible experience

This is a perfect business hotel.
The room is large enough for two people, but there's only one open space for luggage, so you'll need to open and close it.
Check-in is at the Shinbashi check-in area, and there's a map at the entrance.
It's also reasonably clean.
Check-in and check-out are done at the same area as the check-in area, but check-out is done at a self-service check-out area on the first floor near a different entrance. I received a 600 yen refund after check-out. I'm not sure why, perhaps because they didn't clean the room during my stay.
Services: If the room isn't cleaned, towels are hung on the door every day. You can take your necessities to the first-floor lobby and enjoy a complimentary drink.
Location: The area near Shinbashi Station is often known as a place for office workers to have drinks after work, so most of the restaurants are izakayas or restaurants. However, the proximity to Shinbashi Station made it convenient for sightseeing and traveling.

The address listed on Ctrip is just my residence address; the front desk is in another building. I only figured out what was going on after I happened to meet a Chinese-speaking madam (yes, the hotel is in ***). If you can't find someone, asking the front desk can be a bit of a hassle.
The room was well-equipped, with a washing machine and refrigerator. Cleanliness was okay, though there was a strange noise at night. Overall, no issues.

The room and the front desk are not in the same building. Google Maps directly navigated to the room's location, but I couldn't get into the first floor and had to swipe my card. The room smelled like body odor and I couldn't get rid of it.
