Residence Condominium Kalahaai

I initially made a reservation for 2 nights, but I liked it so much that I extended it to 4 nights. Because it is not located in a busy area, you can feel the atmosphere of a quiet Japanese neighborhood, and transportation is not bad as several stations are located within a 10-minute walk. The facilities feel more like a renovated home than a hotel, and are much more spacious and comfortable than other hotels in the same price range. Cleanliness is not the best, but there are no inconveniences during your stay. Hotel check-in and check-out are almost self-service. Overall I was satisfied

Quiet and hygienic

Sheets with blood stains, towels with questionable stains, dirty air conditioner, dirty washing machine. The staff doesn't speak English and when I complained about leaving and getting a refund they offered to change the sheets (without paying, how kind!). I replied that if that was their way of handling linens they might as well keep the new sheets. I slept on top of the bed with my clothes on, it really disgusts me to sleep in the bed. Even ******* was useless in resolving the matter. They told me I would have to use the phone. When I told them I only had a data SIM they told me to look for a phone and that they couldn't make any changes except on the phone. Good only at taking money, helping customers and managing terrible facilities they are incapable.

Booked via *******. As soon as I arrived I saw blood stains on the sheets which meant that they had not been washed properly. They offer to change them without further charges (as if I were the one who soiled them) but I say no because if the cleanliness of the facility requires certain standards, I don't want to stay there. I open a chat with ******* who again offers me to change the sheets or, after two hours of chat, a voucher on their site for another reservation instead of that room. When I asked for a refund on my card because I wouldn't book with them again then they backed out and left me with this filthy room (even the air conditioner is dirty and I don't want to see what's under the bed) where I will sleep with some sheets that tomorrow I will go and buy with my own money. For this night I have to sleep on the blanket and with my clothes on (and I hope I don't catch any illness).

The room is large and equipped with simple kitchenware, washing machine, balcony and clothes drying rack. There are 3 subway stations with different lines nearby, which can be reached in about 10 minutes' walk, which is quite convenient. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is a good choice for travelers who need long-term accommodation. The only drawback is that there is dust on the screen window and in the room, but overall it is clean.

The cleaning was also thorough. There is also a washing machine in the room. I stayed overnight without meals. I felt very relaxed⑅︎◡̈︎*
