Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku

They have something called free flow. Which was free open bar. Drinks. Bakeries, snacks. Really nice! Breakfast also included which is quite rare in Japan.

Great place. Location near to shijuku sanchrome station exit E1/ E2 or Metro station Higashi-shinjuku station. If you need to go via Shinjuku main station or odayu station, you need walj 19min ir u if know cut throw lane, it will take about 12 min. They offered bread, cereal, milk, orange juice, and coffee for breakfast. The coffee is nice. 7-9pm they also offer us free flow of liquor like red wine, sake, etc. Staff was friendly and fluent in English.

A wonderful hotel — truly beyond our expectations! My husband said we would have given 8 out of 5 if we could, because everything was satisfying: comfort, services, and location. It’s located near Tokyo’s Golden Gai area — great for exploring, but still on a quiet and peaceful street, which made sleeping very comfortable. All the staff speak perfect English, and we felt welcomed from the very first moment. The room was the most spacious we found in all of Japan. And the real highlight was the shared lounge in the lobby: from breakfast to the afternoon, they offer free food and drinks for all guests. On our departure day, we waited for our train while enjoying high-quality sake and Japanese liquors — such a special touch! Even when we woke up late, there were always fresh donuts waiting for us in the morning. The room cleaning service was great — just leave the sign outside and it will be spotless when you return. The hotel has everything you need, even a laundry room (we didn’t use it, but it’s very convenient to have). In short, comfortable, full of thoughtful details, and extremely welcoming. Highly recommended! We’d go back in a heartbeat.

After a long trip. Checking-in is a bit of a hassle, why do we have to pay the same amount we paid when I booked it? Just to authorised my reservation? They could just get the credit number I used or passport number!

Not far to walk to Metro station, the rooms are basic and clean. We stayed in a 3 person room and there was no space to open luggage. Hotel provides a simple breakfast (cereal, pastries, yoghurt) and has free flow drinks in the evenings.

Everything was fantastic and the room was spotless. It’s a bit small, like most Tokyo hotels, but overall, it was an amazing experience!
