這家不能免費退房，服務很差，不能退房後暫時寄存行李，房間很小，桌子什麼的很舊，被子都破了，上面很多皮卸，洗澡涼拖鞋也沒有，連一瓶礦泉水都沒有，我一晚上沒睡着，這是多次來日本旅遊住的最貴，最臟，最小的旅館，我印象很深，很想投訴退款

房間不大，隔音不是太好，到了週五晚上比較吵，因為旁邊有很多酒吧…房間內的“打掃房間”提示牌也很不明顯，跟門一個顏色吸附在角落不易被發現，導致前幾天都沒有人給收拾房間…一樓公共洗衣間還有內褲在外面，也沒有人及時收拾，重要的配圖發三遍…

リブマックス系列はスタッフ対応や清潔度に関して辛めの口コミを見かけることが多いので心配していましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。
チェックイン時のフロントスタッフは外国人の方でしたが、対応は丁寧でした。
チェックインもアウトも、ネット予約をしていれば機械で済ませることができるので手軽だなと思いました。
基本的なアメニティは揃っていますが、クレンジングや化粧水の用意はないので、必要な方は持参をおすすめします。
駅近で周辺にはコンビニや居酒屋、ドンキホーテもあり、立地100点です。
通常10時チェックアウトのところ、1000円で12時アウトにできるのがポイント高い！
