I had an absolutely amazing time at Aman Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Other than that, I gained new experiences staying here. There are staff who are ready to help you recommend the various facilities. If I have a chance, I will recommend my friends to stay here as well.

The hotel was beautiful and is in an amazing location. The sushi restaurant and italian restaurant inside of the hotel were some of the best food I have ever had. Highly recommend.

The room service is excellent. The only downside is the breakfast, which is too western and not suitable for Chinese people. I hope the catering can be improved. There is a subway line downstairs of the hotel, which is convenient for transportation. It is very close to the Imperial Palace and you can get there as soon as you walk out. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room face the Imperial Palace, with a panoramic view

I don't have a filter for Aman, but it's really top-notch in every aspect. The manager was very considerate from the moment he took me to check in, so I paid extra to upgrade to a suite on the spot. The design of the room is very unique, and the service staff is super professional and enthusiastic. I think it's a must-try for hotel lovers

The hotel as a whole is not at the same level as the room rate. I feel that the service is not up to par. From the reception downstairs, check-in, restaurant service, and room service, I did not feel how thoughtful their service was. It felt rigid and unenthusiastic. The things they gave were also rather restrained. They did not order much for breakfast. The same was true for the hotel's supporting facilities. The supporting facilities did not look like big brands. It is okay for the top ten in Tokyo, but I think the first one is still a little short of the standard and the cost performance is not high.

I prefer eating breakfast in my room. Be sure to go to the swimming pool.

Not exceeding expectations, but not lower than expectations either. not bad.

1. The location is excellent. There is a subway downstairs. It is one stop away from Tokyo JR Station, two stops away from Ginza, and just downstairs from the Imperial Palace. It is very convenient. 2. The breakfast is so rich, as shown in the picture, with many varieties, good quality, good taste, exquisite and delicious. There is also a Western breakfast, which can be delivered to the room for free, which is very considerate and thoughtful. 3. The night view is beautiful. Whether sitting in front of the window or lying on the bed, you can enjoy the dazzling night view of Tokyo through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, so that you can't bear to close the curtains when you sleep. 4. Whether it is front desk service, meal delivery or telephone service, they can be considerate, polite and enthusiastic, with high professional quality, and all aspects of service are worthy of such a high room price. It is worth the money. I plan to stay longer next time and experience it well.
