Great location, wonderfully quaint and cosy rooms - just wish I could have stayed longer! A little bit of ambient noise around but worth the trade off for the location.

Clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that there is no elevator
The staff has something to do. The toilet and bathroom in the single room are larger than I expected and clean.
If I come alone again, I will stay here again🫶🏻

It's convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Okubo.
It was a shame that the room only had a shower, but it was clean and I was able to use the facilities without any problems.
The refrigerator is not deep, so there is a limit to what can be stored.
