It was a pleasant check in after viewing the room , we paid extra to upgrade the room about 2000yen + for 2nights for a triple room
on day 2 , when locking the door , it was a bit faulty .After 5 tries we manage to locked the door thinking all was good
Then on the 3rd day, day of check out it happened again after many tries it locked again .As we were pressing of time, we didn't inform the counter and left as we may be delayed for our tour . We rush back by 1210pm..The staff on duty. Ms. Ryoun was asking us to pay for an extra night after much appealing .
We were allowed to collect our bags but to our dismay the door refused to open . Ms Ryoun called the manager , who insisted us to pay 10,000yen to replace the card.
The card is so flimsy and how come they only gave us 1 card when the room we booked is for 3person occupancy . She was dialing the police if we refused to pay 10,000 yen
When we asked her to open with her card , she said she cannot do it . When she tried ,the door was buzzing .
We heard her speaking in non Japanese language and didn't want to deal with this anymore . We just paid cash 10,000 yen as they refuse to accept payment by credit card.
Such a disappointment how our last hotel stay in Japan had to be .We are strong supporter of TRIP.COM .. only to be treated like this..
