房間如同日本所有酒店很小，但是比較乾淨。酒店沒早餐。附近很多便利店可以解決早餐。距離銀座不算遠步行可達，距離地鐵比較近。

チェックインの時に 受付の人から「明日の11時にチェックアウトになります」と言われたが、当日の朝のチェックアウト時の受付の人に「それは係のものが勘違いしてますね。」と言われ、延長料金として➕1000円取られた。
正しい情報と そちらが間違えていたのならそれなりの対応をして欲しかった。
部屋は狭いが泊まるだけであれば十分であったと思う。

チェックインするときに、住所や電話番号などを他のビジネスホテルと同じように、指定された用紙に書くだろうと思っていたら、謎の使いにくい端末に打ち込みをしないといけないと言われ、それをやるのがかなり面倒だった。
