Good hotel at the heart of all happenings. Friendly staff and easy check out. Planning of room request was good.

Good location, but parking is paid and limited. Good room, good amenities, comfortable bed, onsen and luggage storage. However, the hotel does not have a lobby to relax in, no communal bathroom, you have to use the bathroom in the room only.

I went to see a friend and got a place in Kabukicho, an entertainment district.
It is right next to Kabukicho Tower, so there is a reputation for being unsafe, but for men, there is no problem at all.
The room is small but clean, and the Korean language guide was good.
The biggest drawback is that you cannot use the emergency stairs, so it is better to avoid using the elevator during busy times.
There is a small sauna on the rooftop.
There is a restaurant called Shinbachi nearby, and breakfast is attractive for less than 1,000 yen.
If the price is right, I would visit again.
The heating is central.

I'm in Tokyo on a business trip. The accommodation was smaller than I thought and a bit drafty. I've seen a lot of posts saying it's noisy outside, but it wasn't that noisy. I had a great stay. I'd like to go again next time!

The hotel is incredibly small! You can't fit two suitcases! If there are two men, make sure to get a large room with two single beds! If you ask them to clean the room, they will! But they just re-lay out the blankets for the beds~~~! The staff is friendly when you check in~~~ It doesn't feel like the hygiene is perfect, but it's okay to this extent.
