Hotel located in the vicinity of Shinagawa station. Very new and comfortable hotel, great size rooms. Prices are decent considering how expensive Tokyo hotels have gotten. Would consider staying again but when construction around area calms down.

Convince when traveling from Haneda airport as have direct train and can just walk direct to hotel from train station. Room clean and comfortable bed.

Great hotel with very helpful staffs Location is superb and is situated near both Shinagawa and Takanawa Gateway station. Room is completely big for solo travellers, and enough for couples. Toilet and bathrooms are separated with walls. Only thing needs to improve is the air conditioning, is quite warmer especially at noon especially during month of May, and that I hope they provide free lotion 🧴

Close to Shinganawa Station and Haneda Airport (only 25-30mins by train) value the money. Enough Space for two people. Cozy stay

Generally the room was good, however, rooms were very small. The staff were not very polite. - There were ham and cheese sandwiches being freshly made at breakfast, I asked to get them without ham (as Muslims we are not allowed to eat) and first day they gave it, but second and third day they refused to. - At the time of check-out I requested to get a late check-out as we were travelling with a baby but they asked us to pay 2,000YEN per hour

The hotel was excellent. Clean, convenient and easy to get to anywhere. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional.

Hotel is located with 5-10 minutes walking distance to 2 train stations. The room is well furnished and very clean. However, breakfast selection is rather limited.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Allowed us to pray at the lobby while waiting for our rooms and even after we checked out. There were even pyjamas provided which was thoughtful. There was free supper every night. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice, but the location is rather far from the nearest train station (Shinagawa), it took us almost 10mins walking with the luggage. One thing to comment is the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Our room package is without breakfast. We decided to try their breakfast as we were lazy to walk out in the morning. We paid between 2100Yen to 2400Yen per pax (couldn’t remember the correct charge). We went in around 9.15am, and we were aware that the breakfast time was till 10am. It was fine for us to have 45mins to have our breakfast. However we saw they started keeping the food at 945am without giving the customers advance notice that they were closing the food at 945am. We would have taken more food to our table if we knew the food was gonna to be taken into the kitchen at 9.45am. We ended our breakfast unsatisfied in terms of customer service and half-full stomach.

The hotel is nice, seems quite new and very clean. They also have free snacks and soft drinks every evening at the lobby restaurant. The room was a bit on the small side, and the walk from the train station was a bit longer than I expected, but overall satisfied with the experience.

Would definitely stay a again, however this is a far walk with suitcases to Shinagawa station and no convenience store nearby, unfortunately the upgrade to the nearest station Takanawa Gateway is a bit of a eye sore to the view of the rainbow bridge. I stayed on the 8th floor for reference in a king room. Staff was extremely welcoming, they even helped me tie my obi when I wore a yukata. Only con I have are the free snacks are not worth it, it’s nice of them but if you’re looking for sweet things the only thing that was sweet were the donuts, not even the lemonade was sweet.

Small but very clean room. Toilet and shower facilities are great.

Location is good, only few minutes walk to Shinagawa train station. Love everything about this hotel, snack bar is pretty good and the bed is comfy. Nice stay.
