Location near a smaller subway called Keio that takes you to a larger station so it was easy to move around the city.
The hotel decor is luxurious and rooms spacious. The lobby is mostly unattended, a call button is there if you need assistance.
This hotel is good for independent travelers.
The beds are very firm and large. Great pillows.

The front desk clerk spoke a little English when I checked in, and the communication process went smoothly. On the first day of booking, the flight was delayed, so the hotel coordinated check-out. When I checked in on the second day, I discovered that I had not noticed that I had booked a twin bed but there was no one staying there. "One person", so when we checked in that day, we were asked to pay an additional fee of $10,000 yen (two nights). Ctrip's customer service was terrible. They couldn't understand Chinese at all and there were communication problems. I didn't ask for an extra bed, but I was impressed that the owner saw that there were three of us and added an extra bed for free. The room was large and nice, the location was a 10-minute walk from the station, and there were many restaurants around the station.
