A bit far from the station but clean rooms and nice ambiance. No complaints

Located conveniently across from Tokyo Dome City (LaQua mall) and right above a Don Quixote, which is open 24hrs, the convenience is amazing at the price point. It is also near a few train and subway lines within walking distance which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and simple with ample space. Amenities are free to pick up from the 4th floor lobby so it’s not that troublesome. Did not get breakfast from the hotel which I understand to be at the Saizeriya on the 3rd floor of the building.

The location is very good. Not too near from the metro station as it takes a 8-10 mins walk. However the neighbourhood more than makes up for it and you get to see a lot on the way to the metro station. There is a large shopping complex right across the street that has everything from supermarkets, restaurants, food court etc. There is even an amusement park that offers roller coaster and Ferris wheel etc. The ever-open Donki store is right below the hotel, good for midnight strolling. The breakfast is actually a coupon for you to get food from a budget pizza/pasta place outside the hotel. If you don't want to have breakfast you can use it as a shopping coupon at the Donki store downstairs. Room size is very small as with most Tokyo hotels. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness and service of the hotel.

Good hotel

The family of three had a very happy stay. The front desk was friendly. Opposite the hotel is Tokyo Dome, where there was a baseball game. I saw fans wearing baseball uniforms in the hotel. The restaurant downstairs was very good, and the laundry in the hotel was also convenient and coin-operated. There was also a Don Quixote downstairs for buying some daily necessities. I will stay here again.

I stayed here for a TXT concert! It's a 3-minute walk from the dome, so it's great to be able to get home without getting caught in traffic! It's conveniently located close to convenience stores, Saizeriya, Don Quijote, etc. The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean. I was able to watch YouTube for free and enjoy the afterglow of the concert! I'd like to stay here again when there's a dome tour. (The aroma at the entrance smelled great.)

After nine years, I revisited the old place and chose the one near the East Egg. The service is still great, the location is excellent, it is convenient to go out and watch the stage, the ticket collection is also reliable, there are bathing agents and beauty lotions available, there are also coin-operated washing machines, and there are many delicious foods nearby. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. It may be because there was a baseball game at the East Egg, so it is not easy to book a room, but the cost performance is very high

I stayed here for a live concert. I usually stay at dome hotels, but check-in was smooth and I was able to get to my room without having to use a crowded elevator, which was a good impression. The room was close to the front desk, so I was worried about noise echoing, but there was a sliding door between the room and the door, so it was very quiet, and I was able to sleep without being bothered by my companions taking a bath. I would like to stay here again if I stay here again.

The staff are friendly, the room is very clean, and the location is right next to the Tokyo Dome. It is quiet and lively. There is Donki downstairs, and there is a shopping mall opposite. You don’t have to worry about having nowhere to eat or shop at night... The transportation is also very convenient, and it only takes a walk on average. You can reach the subway station and JR station in 5 to 6 minutes. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity

This is the hotel I prefer every time I go on a business trip. It is small but has everything. There is Don Quijote downstairs, so you can buy it anytime. Breakfast is from Saizeriya, but I don't like it. Breakfast coupons can be exchanged for Don Quijote to buy things.

The Richmond Hotel I stayed in Tokyo was great. The rooms were large and the service was good. This hotel has a great location and service. It is also convenient for shopping. I hope to stay there again next time.
