Relatively new hotel with modern decor. Really liked the vibes/design of the hotel and room. We found the room pretty spacious for Tokyo, def enough space to open two luggage. Under 10 min walk from JR Ueno (plus no need to climb stairs) so that was good for us with the luggage. Hotel is on the less bustling side of Ueno, but still very convenient for us to access the busy Ameyoko side of Ueno. We didn’t dine there but we always saw lots of locals dining at the lobby bistro, so I would think it must be pretty good.

Hotel location is greater, close to the station, easy to get to other attractions. Staff are nice, welcoming drinks are offered. They provided free amenities, you can get some facial cleansing products at the lobby. The hotel is new and full of Christmas vibe, great place to stay.

The location of the hotel is good, it's near the metro and JR, the Ameyoko market is also nearby so it's very convenient.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious, however, if you intent to stay for many days the main course may get a little boring since the options are the same each day.
One of the downsides of the hotel is that there are not a lot of light bulbs in the room, making the room dim.

A v pleasant stay. Location Is gd, lots to eat n see nearby hotel. It's lively around the train stations. Room is abit small but clean and comfortable. We will love to go back there again!

Really nice hotel in a great location. There’s a gym, washing machines and nice seating areas. Would recommend if you plan to stay in the Ueno area.

The stay was definitely definitely worth the price if you can accept staying a bit further from the centre of Tokyo.
