Near Ueno station. The room is clean and tidy.

Clean enviroment, convenient to the train station and nice staffs! It's quite dry when stayed there. There's even a humidifier in the room. A wonderful experience!

When I booked, I booked the largest family Pokemon room, but the actual room was smaller than expected. The hygiene is just average. The clothes dryer downstairs was used four times and the clothes were not dry. It is much worse than in Hong Kong! In short, it is not worth the money! It was entirely because of the Pokémon theme that we stayed here, but actually we just put up wallpaper and changed themed bed sheets. The bathroom is very small and has a plastic door The hanging air conditioner is still the type that blows towards the head. It makes a lot of noise. No service, completely self-service Won't come again. It's all about the kids.

The asking price for a triple room is $2800 per night, but it is actually a double room. It is asked to move in the morning and stay in the evening. There is a sofa bed with a dining table, which is really annoying. It sounds like it supports environmental protection, but in fact, this time there is nothing you can even pick up (shampoo cap, toothbrush, slippers). There will definitely be no next time. 😡😡

I stayed late, and when I returned to the room on the second night, I found that no cleaning had been done except for changing towels. The sheets had been pulled up and placed on the tatami, but no new ones were provided. There were even blood stains on the quilt cover. Cleanliness is really bad.
