The place is convinient, facilities simply and clean.

The hotel is very clean, well maintained and relaxing. The only problem encountered was during the check in wherein the confirmation number together with the PIN is not working, thus, need to coordinate with them. They immediately sent the new confirmation and PIN.

The room was very convenient, with simple tableware, an electric kettle, towels, Wi-Fi, a projector, and fabric deodorizing spray. As far as I could find, there were no vending machines in the facility. However, there was a Family Mart across the road, and a Lawson, 7-Eleven, and My Basket on the way from the station, so I don't think you'll have any problems. There was a shared microwave on the first floor! Toothbrushes are charged. There were no particular problems and I was able to stay comfortably. It's close to Haneda, so I'd like to use it again. There is a supermarket outside the hotel, and there are 7/11 stores and some restaurants right outside the hotel, which is quite convenient and cheap! That area belongs to the resistance area! The hotel may not have a shuttle bus service, but there are commercial buses in the morning that go from near the hotel directly to the three terminals of the airport. But the price is expensive after all. If you are not in a hurry, it is more economical to take the K10 subway.

The front desk is unmanned and you cannot check in without a mobile phone. Even if you want to talk to the front desk, it is difficult to tell them. The room is not clean.
