Good location. Near the subway and JR train station. A variety of eateries nearby. Sumida river is just 5mins walk away.
Clean hotel. Staff are very helpful, service was excellent.
Room was spacious for a couple, there is a small table and chairs.
Able to store luggage at hotel before check-in time.
Breakfast selection was great.

Great hotel that is well located. It offers good general facilities.
Staff speaks a funny English and could be more helpful. But somehow everything works!

I have booked this Hotel under my name. But we have schedule Changed so i requested to add my friend s name in. However， this Hotel denied. While i booked this room good for 2 persons.
Worse is when my friend did check in with my authorization Letter. they stoped him saying must the same name of the booker. It Took more than 30mins to explain.
I wonder if they r doing Hotel Service in proper way.
Be careful when u Book this Hotel.
Including all names in. They will stop you check in if your schedule Changed

Staff is very helpful. There is an onsen in the hotel. Location is near asakusabashi station

The front desk is very polite and willing to help. Although location is not like Ueno be so convenient, the surrounding have everything you need. A little insufficiencs is that the canton is not open for usage during evening. That means you cannot enjoy your takeaway in the restaurant.
Hygienic condition is very good.
