The location of the hotel is very convenient with two mrt stations below the hotel. Customer service is very good and superb! Will come back again!!

Excellent location with good access to train stations. Good food selections, nice Japanese bath with massage chairs (ladies only), would be better if the men side can enjoy the massage chairs too! Good view of Tokyo sky tree. The place has a really chill vibes!

Location is the best, it’s easy to go anywhere and lots of high end department store and restaurants nearby. mtr just downstairs, no need to worry about rainy days. Breakfast is absolutely delicious tho mostly it’s Japanese.

Great location, great hotel buffet breakfast, great service. Unfortunately room is too small- could barely find space to open two large luggages, but I guess most of the hotels in Tokyo are like that.

Hotel location is near the railway station. AndThe facilities of hotel is quite good. I will recommend it for my friend to rent it again for Japan Tokyo trip.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Tokyo station, the room is clean but the design makes it so small that it’s really hard to fit in the suitcases.

My girlfriend and I just checked out this morning after a wonderful stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nihonbashi Premier. The location is super convenient—close to Tokyo Station and directly connected to nearby metro lines, which made exploring the city really easy.
The hotel itself feels stylish and modern, with beautiful Japanese design touches throughout. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—especially the bed and pillows.
Staff were polite and helpful, and overall the experience felt calm, cozy, and romantic. We’d happily stay here again.
