All staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel nearby Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter, only 8 mins distance by taxi! Anyway, weak air conditioner and really hot even adjust to lowest temperature.

The hotel was very nice

The service attitude is very good. The location is slightly remote, close to the Harry Potter Studios. I stayed here to go to the studio. The area is very similar to the Japan in Ultraman when I was a child. It is very quiet and clean. The room is quite big. Although it is old, the facilities are sufficient.

The service attitude at the front desk was good. An uncle was the receptionist that day. His English was not very good but he was able to communicate. When we left, we asked the front desk for directions, and even though we didn't understand the language, they guided us and gave us a map. The location is really very remote. It's a short distance from the subway. The last bus leaves very early. I suggest you check in early. Otherwise, it's better to take a taxi.

This hotel is the only one in Hikarigaoka, Nerima, Tokyo, so there is not much competition and lack of motivation. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Hikarigaoka Station, which is quite convenient. The room price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is good. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, both of which are expensive. It is recommended not to eat in the hotel. But the hotel staff is really good. Because I want to renew the room for 2 days, the front desk staff kindly suggested that I book online, and it was almost half the price of booking on site. This is really for the customers.

The hotel service is very thoughtful and there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and gave me a towel when I saw that I was wet in the rain. Although I couldn't check in immediately after arriving at the hotel early, the hotel staff would help you deliver your luggage to the room after the luggage is packed in the room.

It is a ten-minute walk from Kojigaoka Subway Station. The room facilities are a bit old, but this is the only hotel nearby. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby.
