Super clean, comfortable hotel at affordable rates. Near many eateries From next door Kita-Senju station, I could travel to many places. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel is located about 30mins away from the center by train, which isn‘t bad. There are lots of amenities and the service is friendly. The breakfast is great too.
Unfortunately the rooms are a bit stuffy and lack ventilation as you can't open the windows.

One of the best areas in Tokyo if you're looking for good Izakayas.
Very close to JR Kitasenju which can get you to both Haneda and Narita.
Sauna and Onsen available plus a message chair.

The massage chair in the room was really cool hahaha. It was my first time to experience a massage chair in a hotel room. I was so tired on the first day of check-in that I fell asleep on the massage chair. When I woke up, I saw the beautiful gradual sunset outside the window, and my mood became very good. There were also welcome snacks in the room (I ate two cookies)
I think the hygiene is OK. The facilities are a little retro and have a sense of age, but everything else is pretty good.
The hotel is located on a living street with convenience stores and restaurants. There is a large shopping mall near the station for shopping, and the hotel is not far from the station.
The hotel can take a hot spring bath, but I didn't go. The front desk service is really good, very warm and thoughtful.
