7/10 considering the location and price. There are few steps to take before getting to the entrance, it would have been better if the entrance is on ground level.

Right next to the metro line in the heart of Roppongi. The rooftop is nice to chill and enjoy the free soft serve ice cream. Rooms are well maintained and clean, layout tight but efficient.

Very good location and friendly staff. All you can take amenities, free tea and ice cream!

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location. The room was a tight squeeze for two people and two big luggage bags but you can make it work. Also free ice cream machine in the lobby

Act Roppongi Hotel lives up to its name. Which is a class act. We went berserk Upon seeing it. Architecture is stylish. Such like in Germany. So close to Roppongi Station & Starbucks. Bars line up the street. Customer service is high standard. The staff are very helpful. The hotel offers free flowing UC C coffee in C pods. Unlimited toiletries is set up at the CC lobby. Their suite is like from Beauty & The Beast. Cozy accommodation. The bath & toilet are donned separately. The suite is Very spacious with its own kitchen. It has its own bar-resto on the 4F. Taxis are accessible just near the Roppongi Station too.

The location was good, but they didn't clean up my room everyday. But you can still get the new towels everyday. I totally recommend this hotel.

The room, the plumbing in the room, and the shared coin laundry were very clean and nice! I also appreciated being able to store my luggage and put it in my room. The front desk staff was very kind and made me want to stay there again. Other guests helped me take my heavy suitcase out of the room, and the warmth of a hotel overseas was also appealing.

It's clean and located less than 5 minutes from Roppongi Station! I think the size is big compared to Japanese hotels. The bathroom is clean and the wind is a little loud sometimes, but it doesn't affect sleeping! Highly recommended.

The minimum service is good.

It seems like the love hotel has been turned into a hotel. There were no problems. That's what someone who stayed there said.
