This was our first time in Japan and didn’t know what to expect when it comes to hotel accommodations. Fortunately, Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi did not disappoint. Pure excellence and professionalism on their end. They took care of us during our stay and that’s all that matters.
Side note: The free breakfast that was part of our stay was awesome. It offered an alternative pallet from those outside of the hotel.

It’s a more business hotel then for travelers. Location is ok, while they don’t have car park and there’s no view from the room. Staffs are very helpful, polite and attentive.

Absolutely amazing, had a slight stain on one of the towels on day 1, requested a change, staff were super apologetic about it. Even gave another apology about the incident during check out. Location is good, near to metro less than 2 minutes walk. Will definitely stay here again when im back in Tokyo.

Twin room, was a nice location with easy links to train stations and walkable to afew places, good breakfast service and complimentary coffee available in the restaurant between 15:00-21:00

Our stay here for 2 days was awesome! Breakfast was so good. The selection was modest but the quality of the food was top notch.
Its located walking distance to Otemachi Station and Tokyo station

Love the bathroom as it is very bright due to the white walls. The room is a bit dark as we cannot draw the curtains due to the construction on the opposite side during our stay. Overall it is still a cosy stay with friendly staff and excellent service.
