Location is great, close to Tokyo station and perfect for sightseeing in Tokyo.
I had a problem with the cleanliness in the bathroom. There were hair left in the bathroom, and had to ask multiple times in our 5 days stay and had to write a formal letter to clean the bathroom. It was very irritating having to ask after our busy day travelling and it was not comfortable staying at a place where the hotel don’t clean the bathroom. No compensation was offered, and I am very disappointed because we chose this hotel for the good reviews for cleanliness and customer service.

good location. room without view, but enough for single traveller that will spend all day citywalk.

The hotel is good, all staff can communicate in English. We have two 26 inches suitcases and were able to fully open inside the room.
It closed to the metro but if you need take JR, then need walk a bit which is around 8-10 mins. The JR station area is full with restaurants. The metro station area is business area, so night time is quite quiet. Walkable distance to Tokyo station.

Location is very good and room is fair enough in Tokyo. You can be reached to any famous places with nearby station. Highly recommend

Nice and clean hotel away from the bustle from the main areas of Tokyo. Easily accessible/ walking distance to the subway. Rooms were spacious and exceeded expectations for rooms in tokyo!
Lobby also offered snacks and complimentary coffee from 3pm onwards!
Excellent stay and would highly recommend :)

Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi is great! It's just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and the Marunouchi Line, super convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room had such a warm and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

very clean room with daily housekeeping service. the room is quite sizeable compared to the usual japanese hotel, and allow us to open 2 big luggages.
toiletries and drinking water were provided.
the location is near to the central business district with many offices around, so it can be quite quiet at night when everyone knock off.
there is a 711 conveniently located just opposite the hotel. there are also 2 train station conveniently located near the hotel.
