Excellent location. Right at the Tokyo Station. Rooms with a great view. Select your room basis the size and view that you prefer. Limitation: Staff at front desk speak limited English. On occasion difficult to communicate. Similarly so in the restaurant. There are many reviews on Trip Advisor forum to guide on how to reach hotel from the Tokyo Station. Apart from Tokyo Station there are two other stations that can be used to reach the Hotel.

Nice business hotel located in Tokyo station well connected to everywhere you want to go in Japan . Nothing much for kids. Exit yaesu north exit and look for shimbashi (jr) to find hotel upon exit

Very very good hotel, near JR station and the room is very silent and we all sleep very good during these 7 nights stay. Excellent 👍

A repeated stay with this hotel as they’re clean, room is large, and the location is unbeatable. With plenty of food options and shopping, great train connectivity, and an awesome view of Tokyo, there’s nothing else to complain.

One of our favorite hotels in Tokyo. It is easily accessible and convenient to all the sightseeing places with its great location. I woke up super early to see the trains with sunrise in the backdrop.

Staff are very helpful. The room was thoughtfully designed. It is clean and comfy. I will definitely come back again.

Must stay in toyko. Excellent service and wonderful location. With gd view and near toyko station . Already plan to stay in this hotel for visiting in next year as well

Location location location, next to Tokyo Station and tidy room for family. International breakfast and also local Japanese breakfast inclusive, worth staying.

The room is tidy and clean. Staff is helpful. The hotel is besides JR Tokyo station. Convenient to take JR and to airport

Spectacular view of the hotel room on 30/F. My boy was amazed by the beautiful view, huge window and the electronic curtain was a plus. Room size was acceptable but the bathroom facilities need refurnishment and upgrade - everything in the toilet, incl. lighting, was a bit yellowish which i didnt like, esp for make up. Tried dinner and paid extra for breakfast but the restaurant was not spacious and so narrow in its layout all the way. Food choice (some western and some japanese) for the breakfast buffet was also limited - felt like not worth the price. Could have grabbed better food or gone Starbucks near Tokyo Station for breakfast. This hotel is super close to the Nissan Car Rental and we will come back again.

A perfect stay and a great value for money. I was very impressed with this hotel. From the room to the facilities, from the service to the transportation, I am very satisfied. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, including a gym, swimming pool, etc., which allowed me to fully relax in my free time. In terms of service, the employees are enthusiastic and very professional, which makes me feel very friendly.

Good hotel location, rooms have complete amenities.. even have a multi charger , modern hotel and lots of food option around. Easy to navigate

Right next to Tokyo Station. Room on the smaller size but still easy to move around with 2 luggages.
