The room is small but very cozy. It's not far from the subway station, and there are many fast food restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center, like Tokyo Station.

It was very near to nishi kasai station and thats awesome..but the breakfast is not good and There was one staff member who had a bad habit of staring even while i am refilling tea and breads..she always watch What food did everyone take, and how much did they add in their plates likewise..she keep track of everything..the buttom line is breakfast is not not good ..u better go to asamac(mcdonnalds) for the breakfast..rooms are also outdated..

We had a very good stay at KOKO HOTEL and one of the things we liked most was its excellent and convenient location.
The hotel is very accessible from Nishi-Kasai Station. From the station, you simply exit (South exit), walk straight, and turn left at the first corner. The hotel is just about 2-minute walk. It was very convenient for us. Another thing we really appreciated was the free coffee and tea available at the lobby. It was a simple but very nice perk, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
The location was also convenient for going to the airport. Nishi-Kasai is just one station away from Kasai Station, where you can take the airport bus, making it easier to travel to Narita Airport.
Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The renovation year on Trip.com must be incorrect; it definitely doesn't look like it was renovated in 2025. It seems more like 5 years old. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a drugstore nearby. On the night I stayed, the guests next door were talking very loudly in the early morning. I called the front desk, and they immediately came up to handle it. Great service!
