Hotel is between Disneyland and Tokyo main station so convenient but not too close to either. It’s walking distance from a free zoo - map image provided. The rooms are small/compact and I’m not particularly tall - if you’re 6 foot, you will need to order a bigger bed than a double.

The room we stayed in was quite old and cramped. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is situated close to the train station (Tozai line) makes it a convenient and ideal place to stay, and is relatively cheaper than other hotels around central Tokyo.

Very convenient location just 3 minutes to the station and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming.
The room and bed was very small and it was hard to fit two people comfortably. The pillow was also very small and uncomfortable.

We were very happy with our stay at KOKO Hotel. The location is very near the subway and just outside the city enough to be budget friendly while also offering access to all the most popular sites. The rooms were small but well-designed so that all the space was utilize to make it very comfortable. The amenities, such as the coin-laundry, were very useful for longer stays. We also appreciated their eco-friendly approach.
