1. On the night we checked in, we discovered there was no hot water for showering. We asked the hotel for help, but they didn't respond. We had to take a cold shower, which nearly got me sick. My child caught a cold the next day. The next morning, we asked again, and they said there was a water heater switch next to the light switch in the entrance. When we returned to the hotel that evening to check, we found no water heater. We took photos and sent them to the hotel, but still no response.
2. We asked the hotel before our visit if they had toiletries, and they said they had shower gel and toothbrushes. When we arrived that evening, we found none, so we had to go out to a convenience store to buy them. The convenience store was quite far from the hotel, and going out after a day of walking was exhausting.
