The hotel is literally 2 minutes walking from the metro station and very easy to get to, even if you have heavy luggage. The ladies who work at the reception are very nice and helpful. The toilet and shower room were always very clean and had a very good smell.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share some feedback.
The location is great, especially being close to the station, but I was a bit disappointed with a few things. I didn’t expect the toilet and bathroom to be shared — it would have been better if that was made clearer before booking. The room with a “good view” was nice, but even in winter, the morning sunlight made the room really hot. I can imagine it would be even worse in summer.
Also, the price felt quite high for what the room offered. For guests arriving late at night, it seems hard to contact the property, which might be inconvenient for night owls or those with late check-ins.
Also, I heard that if outsiders are found, they would be fined ¥10,000. That seems a bit extreme.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

⚠️BED BUGS ALERT ⚠️
I booked this hotel through Trip.com, which stated that check-in was available from 14:00 to 06:00 the next day. However, in reality, check-in is only from 15:00 to 20:00, and after 20:00, you have to do a self-check-in. The front desk is closed, and a piece of paper with your name on it is taped to the door.
Later, I had an issue and tried calling the hotel, but no one answered.
My issue? Bed bugs.
I had to urgently find another hotel in the middle of the night and move there by myself at 2 AM.
The next day, when the front desk reopened, I explained the situation and requested a refund. The first thing the staff said was:
“Wow! Really? That’s awful! I can’t believe it!”
Excuse me?
They then told me:
“We’ll process a refund, so the money should be returned to the credit card you originally paid with. If it doesn’t go through, please contact us.”
When I asked for their contact information, they responded:
“You should be able to find it online…”

Clean, quiet, and good front desk service.
The bathroom and shower room are shared by the floor and are also very clean.
