Affordable price at a good location. Opposite Ueno station (Exit 3). Very near to Ameyayoko aStreet, Keisei Ueno station and Ueno Park too. No room service, nobody will go into the room to clear rubbish bins and replace the towels but they will put clean towels and yukata in a big plastic bags and place it at your door everyday. If you place your rubbish bins outside, they will clear it too. Room is very small and the double bed is good for 2 average size adults. Will consider staying there again for my next trip.

Very good hotel, very good location, close to Ueno Market and the train. The room may be a bit narrow, but the equipment is complete.

The room is small but everything is complete. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted. You can press the temperature number but it is still hot. The staff is very good. Walking to Ueno Station seems close.

If you take the Skyliner from Narita, it's a 5-10 minute walk from Sei Ueno or Ueno subway station, and if you take the overpass or the Hibiya Line, take exit 3 and the hotel is 1 minute away.
If you don't use the overpass, you can pass through the food alley in front of the station or use the crosswalk on the main street, so if you're using Ueno, transportation is very convenient.
If you expect various services because there are so many tourists at the hotel,
you may be disappointed.
The hotel breakfast is so-so.. It's the best hotel for just sleeping at night.

It's conveniently located near the station. I like how the rooms at APA Hotel are designed with traffic flow in mind.
The large communal bath was a little small.
There are a lot of overseas guests.
