Great stay!
I chose JAZ Ueno for this trip to Tokyo and was very satisfied. The location of the hostel is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Ueno Station. There are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the living functions are great.
The room is clean and tidy, with a strong sense of design. It is a simple and artistic youth hostel. The bed is comfortable and the public area is quiet and warm. The lounge is my favorite, where you can read a book and have a drink, which is very relaxing.
The staff is very friendly, and the communication in Japanese and English is very smooth. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and they also recommended nearby delicacies to me!
I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Tokyo. I strongly recommend it to friends who like a quiet and design accommodation environment!

20 people in a room, with many bathrooms in a good location, but there was a little smell when I first entered, and someone came to fix it quickly. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and English service communication was no problem
