The location was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to stations. There is a nearby 24-hr. grocery, Maruetsu. There are a lot of konbinis in the vicinity. The place is also very clean and it has complete amenities. The place may just be right for 3-4 adults to freely move around and to have a space for the luggage.

The room is not very soundproof! The location is a bit far from Shinjuku. The headphones were left in the room, but the hotel chose to ignore it. There is also a cemetery next to it! You can see it when you open the window. Are you scared?

Different from the previously announced room floor Also, you have to make your own bed and it is very narrow. I think the 5-person room is suitable for 3 people...

The room was very simple and had all the basic necessities, so I had no problems. I was very grateful that they even left a face wash for me. The bedding was also clean. However, the towels seemed to have been newly purchased, and I was bothered by the fact that they hadn't been washed enough, so the fibers kept sticking to my body. Other than that, it was a comfortable experience.

There were many reviews saying that there were a lot of ticks and ants in Japanese accommodations, so I brought tick and bug repellent. I sprayed it on my bedding and went to bed, and I sprayed it before going out. Maybe that's why I didn't have any trouble with allergies or bugs. It's cheap and in a good location, so if you don't plan on staying at the accommodation for a long time, it seems like a good value for money. Since it's unmanned, there's no service like leaving your luggage in advance after arrival, so if you're arriving in Japan in the morning, you should keep in mind that check-in is at 3 p.m. Also, since it's unmanned, you have to get the key from the key box, but the instructions are emailed to you in advance, so it's not difficult. I'm satisfied with the price.
