The room was nice and clean.
The service was terrible. The door wouldn't open, no one answered the phone, no one replied to WeChat, and the WiFi didn't work.
Ctrip’s service was very good and they communicated in a timely manner, but they still couldn’t find the store. In the end, a friend drove back for an hour and spent 2 hours finally getting the spare key.
This famous dormitory did not communicate with us at all during the whole process, which is outrageous.
