Stayed here for 2 nights. It's a no-staff hotel - you get entry codes by email.
What's good:
• Cool traditional Japanese room with tatami mats
• Had everything needed: towels, fridge, small kitchen
• Easy check-in/out with no human contact
What could be better:
• Very tight space for luggage (we had 3 suitcases)
• Weird shower - have to keep pressing button for water
• Found some hairs on floor and bed
• Walls are thin - hear neighbors talking
Who it's good for:
✓ Solo travelers or couples
✓ Those who don't need hotel services
✓ Want to try traditional Japanese style
Not fancy but works if you need simple, affordable place in Tokyo. Everything functioned as promised.

The bath room a bit small and the shower head tap need to press frequently to keep the water fall. Overall the room is clean and tidy.

Excellent place to stay for a small family of 3. Clean and quite near to nearest train stations. Just that we were placed at the highest floor which is 4th floor. Other than was awesome and it is highly recommended any of you to stay here.

We have a considerable amount of luggage due to traveling with a baby. The property only features a small elevator for transporting bags. I would suggest it for young adults and backpackers, but it may not be suitable for families with children or elderly guests. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so we could easily hear voices from the neighboring unit and movement from the unit above us.

Great value for money, comfortable bedding, location at Shimosakabashi Station, 3, 4 minutes walk away, very convenient. The room is clean. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the organs. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is a small refrigerator. Check in is self-service and customer service responds quickly. Elevators with dedicated luggage are good. Close to Pine House, supermarket, 7-11, Lawson and 24 hour laundry.

It was a clean and convenient accommodation without any unnecessary things.
I stayed on the 3rd floor, but I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage because there was a cargo lift, and there was a microwave at the entrance on the 1st floor, so it was good to use for simple meals or snacks.
There was a storage locker next to the stairs on the 1st floor, so I was able to use the necessary items whenever I needed them without any inconvenience, even though it was an unmanned check-in.
I met a staff member when I checked out, and he gave me water, so I drank it well for the rest of my trip. Thank you.
There are also three subway stations nearby, so it's convenient to go to other places.
