The transportation is really convenient. Although it is not a famous station, it is well connected and very close to Ueno, Shinjuku and Asakusa shopping districts. The room is very comfortable and clean. You can buy groceries and cook by yourself. There is a supermarket just outside Kaminakazato Station, and it takes 5 minutes to walk from the station to the accommodation. There is also a large OK supermarket nearby. Take a few stops to Nippori from the airport, and Nippori goes directly to Narita Airport. So far, this is the most cost-effective B&B in Japan.
