It feels similar to a goshiwon in our country. There is virtually no soundproofing, so it can be a bit noisy depending on who you stay with, but it is basically as quiet as a study room. Rather, it is so quiet that you can tell. It would be better not to expect much about hygiene. Those who are picky about hygiene might be greatly disappointed. The advantages seem to be that it is cheap, the station is right in front, and there is a good shopping district within 10 minutes. If it is spring or fall, I think it would be nice to buy a lunch box and eat it at the lake right in front. It is a good place to stay for the price, so I am personally satisfied.

You can stay here for less than the internet cafes in Tokyo, and unlike other guesthouses, you have a private space to open your suitcase because of the space next to the bed, but there is a reason for the price. First of all, it is an unmanned hotel, so even if you have a request, it is difficult to resolve it because there is no staff. Also, there is only one shower room on each floor, so if there are many guests, you may have to wait. It is also disappointing that the cleanliness is lower than other places.

I stayed here because it was cheap. The passageways are narrow, so I don't recommend staying here with a lot of luggage. However, I think it's enough if you're only staying for a few nights. The location is quite good, as it's close to the station and there are convenience stores and coin laundry within a 1-2 minute walk.
