We liked the type of accommodation and the room. It was a little unclear why we took the padlocks out of the mailbox, since we used an electronic lock. Note that the incomprehensible code that is visible on the screen during online registration is the code for the electronic lock. Compared to previous reviews, we saw improvements. We found a second blanket and a third pillow in a bag with a futon. The futon itself was used as a second mat on the sofa. We found as many as 7 sets of shampoo, enough for three of us for 10 days. 3 rolls of toilet paper, 3 packages of napkins. 4 packets of washing gel. This set was enough for us. The towels are kind of small. And there really wasn't enough of a table and at least one chair in the kitchen. If the child is still sleeping, then you'll have to have breakfast standing up. And the TV by subscription is something. Our eldest daughter connected it to us only on New Year's Eve with her Amazon subscription, when she came in for a couple of hours. The rest of the time it was turned off. For Wi-Fi, we requested a separate instruction for connecting. The dishes are really plastic: plates, glasses. One deep frying pan. We sometimes boiled eggs in it for breakfast, sometimes fried them. The stairs are narrow, I carried my 23 kg suitcase holding on to the railing. Overall, we liked it. Quite spacious for Tokyo. The advantage of the first floor is that my friend and I each have a room, and we don't have to carry luggage. The location is also quite convenient, and there are buses to the Tokyo Skytree and Ikebukuro. The disadvantage is that the first floor is relatively damp and cold, but you can turn on the air conditioner. You can cook for yourself.

Advantages: high cost performance. 2 bedrooms can accommodate 3 people, equipped with kitchenware to grill wagyu at home. Disadvantages: 7-8 minutes away from the station, poor quality of bedding and quilt. Simple furniture configuration, complicated TV settings and almost unwatchable. Conclusion: 3 people staying and wanting to cook at home have advantages over formal hotels.

Excellent room. Clean, cozy. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, located in a quiet place, not far from the metro station. The only downside is that there are not many grocery stores nearby, but overall everything is decent!
