Lovely and helpful staffs with great location

Great experience. Located in walkable distance Sensoji-Tempel and other asakusa hot spots, the TOMOS ASAKUSA HOTEL makes a difference. Excellent trained, kind and helpful staff making our stay a heartwarming and personalised experience! They really take care of your wellbeing. Special thanks to the manager GO ! Rooms are outstanding clean and a have a wonderful modern Japanese inspired design,- really a place to calm down after a long day. We can highly recommend this hotel for your Tokio stay !!!

Great property. All needed amenities in the room and the front desk staff and manager were very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I would give 6 stars if I could. This is a hidden gem. Some of the things we love: The rooftop with view on the skytree and lounging chairs to relax; the delicious smell of flowers in the room and lobby; the friendliness of the staff; the free origamis and notebooks at the reception; the calligraphy class (30-45 minutes) on request; the beautiful room (fusion traditional japanese and modern style). It's relatively small so it feels cozy and less crowded than a bigger hotel. 6 stars!!!!

The hotel is located conveniently across a 711, a busstop right in front of the door that takes you to Asakusa station and the Sensō-ji temple is a short walk away as well. We booked a regular double room but got an upgrade for the first three nights. The rooms were lovely, spacious for Tokyo standards and offers everything you need. Because we were on our honeymoon, the staff left us a lovely handwritten card and origami roses. We loved the surprise! I particularly enjoyed the showers (there is no bath), good water pressure and I enjoyed the brand of body wash. The best part however was the personnel and service. They are easy to contact 24/7 and are often in the lobby. Always greet you with a smile and kindness! We opted to use luggage transport and they helped us through every step. Also very English friendly! All in all, we were glad to have chosen hotel Tomos. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were to return to Asakusa. Thank you very much!

Very nice room in a quieter neighborhood a short walk from Asakusa station, Senso-ji, and Tokyo tower. Lovely and very attentive staff!

The hotel is very good, the room was spacious and very clean, super comfortable. The employees are speaking english and are very helpful, they are very nice and knowledgeable. Awesome hotel and employees ! Will definitely book it again.
