Definitely coming back! Best of both airbnb and hotel. There’s luggage storage. It’s right next to the sumida park and our room has a gorgeous view of the sky tree. The room has everything from kitchen to washing machine with dryer. Altho it’s abit far from metro stations, it’s still accessible via bus!

It takes bit long to check in as the booking number is different to the number in trips which we booked from. And it is hard to contact with the contact number in trips. You need to contact the property owner’s number. But the good part is they have different languages in the answering line, Japanese, Chinese and English. The booking number is getting fixed quickly. Overall the hotel is very convenient to families and it is new and clear.

The hotel location is decently located quite near the Asakusa Station (10mins walk). However, as the roads are flat, it is okay. The size of our room is decent for Tokyo standard. Love the facilities in the room. We get to stay in Tokyo comfortably with great value for money. The only thing might be it’s a self check-in system. You might find some issues if you’re in certain situation.

I don't like this room, it's terrible. The heating is broken, freezing me and my child for a whole night. I told the front desk, and the next day they gave me a small heater on the floor. Many details in the room were also dirty. When I opened the drawer on the third day, it was very dirty. This room is not a hotel at all. I stayed with two children for 4 nights, and no one cleaned the room. There was no pajamas. It was a distance from the subway station, and it was inconvenient to drag the luggage. The only thing was that you could see the Tokyo Skytree.
