Close to town. The only problem with this place is…. Like everybody else know, Japan is well known with their SMALL.
Everything is small.
Space is small, toilet is small.
And of course we already know about it.
It only good for 2 people stay.
Because the space is very very limited.
Not much space for luggage.
But the place is good ya.
Washing machine, clothes iron, hanger, small refrigerator, cooking and its utensils provided.
Nearby has at least 3-4 convenient store like Lawson, family marts, and 7-11.
WiFi available in the room.
Self checked in.
Do take note that, the check out time issss very early sharp at 10am (even though it was written 10-10:30am).
If you ask me will I recommend this place?
You can consider, but definitely is not the best, but optimal with everything is provided.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner is very helpful. Good facilities, setting and decoration of the unit. I cooked breakfast for my family with the provided equipments.

Very good lication, clean and newly upgraded unit. Owner is very helpful. Very near to Metro station. 10 meters away from coin laundry shop if u need dryer. Suitable for family traveling. Will stay here again for my next trip.

The landlord is difficult to communicate with and has no flexibility. Moreover, the check-out time was not agreed upon until the platform coordinated. The house is on the third floor and the luggage needs to be carried up. It is difficult for girls. The homestay is in the alley, and the car cannot drive to the door. You need to pull the luggage into the alley by yourself. The interior of the room is average, and the towels are very thin. The decoration is sloppy, and the shower curtain even fell down. There are even spiders in the bathroom. There is no cleaning or supply in the middle.

There are different convenience stores and supermarkets near the B&B. It is also very convenient to go to Ikebukuro Station. This is my second time staying here. The owner is also very friendly and will provide you with what you want. Looking forward to coming again next time!
