Check-in was easy and convenient, breakfast was simple. During the day, you can have tea or coffee in the lobby.

Good hotel which is able to meet your basic needs. location is about 15 mins walk from the centre of Ginza

Good hotel for a price, breakfast is not so much and can be improved. Rooms are clean and big. Recommended to solo travelers that like to walk around ginza.

You are greeted by 2 robots at the reception. The check-in process is seamless without having to talk to a staff. There’s lockers for luggage of all sizes, and there’s complementary coffee, tea, water. The rooms are clean. We had a comfortable stay.

Room is quite a good size for Tokyo and fit two people comfortably. Free drinks thoughout the day and snacks were perfect. We didn't use the robot to check in and didn't seem to be very useful but interesting to look at. Location is amazing and super convenient, walk to Tsukiji for sushi, walk to Ginza for shopping. Lots of transport options for the airport as well.

We are family of three stayed in queen bed size room for 4 nights between 29th Nov - 3rd Dec 23, loved the room, location, service, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks. The room itself is not very big, well it’s Tokyo, but good enough rooms for three of us and had a very nice sleeps. It’s very close to subway station and family mart, walking distance to JR station if you are using JR pass and travelling to rural Tokyo or other side of the town via high speed rail. It’s also about 10-15 mins walk from Buddhist temple and famous morning seafood market (photos attached). This hotel chain is known for fully automated robotic check in at the reception, however, we were greeted by friendly staff at our check in. Breakfast was a little bit crowded at 8am, but food were excellent. They served quite a few different type of breads (individually packaged), perfectly convenient for families. The star to our stay is the cookie they serve at afternoons or evening, our little girl like it so much. We will comeback and stay here again in our next visit and strongly recommend friends to this hotel. Thank you!

Traffic is good, Location good near 築地. But hygiene have room to improve

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast could be better with more daily fresh breads and pastries. Staff was always available, courteous and helpful. I would book again.

It was really a different experience to stay at this Robot Hotel. There were two robots for check-in but you can also ask for the staff. The breakfast was satisfactory, the bar as well.

My 1st experience to stay at Robot Hotel. The room was very comfy though it's not so spacious. We didn't face any difficulties as well to check-in and check-out.

Good vibe, Great location. Just 10 mins walk from the nearby subway station. Comes with simple breakfast (cereals, bread, yogurt, frozen fruits, coffee and tea), even has liquor during happy hour.

Everything is as described in other reviews, and we liked our stay! Breakfast is primitive but well compensated by free evening drinks:)

Great experience except the mattress is not comfortable

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Would come back for sure.
