Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

If you’re a solo traveller and like walking Great location to about 20min walk from the back of the hotel to Ginza shopping centre, the Tokyo JR, subway stations. All the famous brand shopping mall just above the station. The hotel is very immaculately clean and comfy and spacious to stay. The toilet /shower is new and spotless. The only thing is the the noise from the water tap is super loud when turn on. Quite disappointed to see one of the towel have brown smeared marks on it, it maybe have been used (house cleaning issues). Other than that housecleaning was great they make the bed new gown and slippers, great teabags refilled. A great service. The wall is somewhat Jon sound proof but we slept through after the busy day out. So not quite a problem for us. The window can open and lots of cool air can come in. I like the air freshener keep our room and shoes refreshed. We stayed at rm452. It’s a great room The receptionists were fantastic most don’t speak English , one lady speaks little but unfriendly service, one young handsome with gorgeous thick eyebrows the most friendly and speaks very good English, he deserves our 5star. He’s the only friendly guy and very helpful. I got his name wrong so I can’t write it here. The restaurant old man service was great, my daughter has allergies to shrimp and the good old man changes some of the dishes to accommodate her which was so kind and very nice. The restaurant kitchen hand deserve the five stars from us. Overall we had a very smooth stay.

We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

To be honest, the bed was shabby, and the futon felt cheaper than the LiveMax, so I thought, ”Yeah...” The location is good as it is right next to Kasai Station, and the amu*****t park-like presentation is also great with automatic AI-powered dinosaur robots to greet you. When I got on the elevator, it wasn't my room, but there seemed to be a [Funeral Free Ren Collaboration Room], so I got excited♪ When I went shopping at a convenience store late at night, it seemed like the dinosaur robots were closed during the night, so when I saw the store clerk, I felt like I had just seen what was inside of Mickey Mouse. The breakfast buffet looks plain, but it's decorated in a dinosaur-themed style.

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

Located in a residential area. 10 minutes to the JR line. Comparing to the ultra-small hotel room in central Tokyo, the one lies on the large side of the spectrum!

Great location, a nearby station easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was terrific, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, I had a wonderful experience at the Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa Kuramae Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I will recommend it to my colleague and family. The hotel is well-maintained. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Tokyo. This was one of the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! Very helpful receptionist staff and you can store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time at 3pm. The room was fairly spacious for Tokyo standards and they also provided a humidifier to help with the dry air caused by the heater. WiFi was easy to connect to and stable. The only negative was black hair I found on the bathroom floor as well as on one of my towels.
