I used it for 3 months in hotel life. I was impressed by staying at a reasonable amount of hotel in Akasaka. It was close to 3 minutes walk from Akasaka Mitsuki station with good access, and there were delicious shops, famous shops, and good massage shops, and drugstore and convenience stores were close to each other. I had the best time without any inconvenience. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and the coin laundry and microwave were also installed, so it was very easy to spend. I would like to use it if I have a chance to stay for a long time.

The room is very cost-effective, and the surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient for eating, shopping and transportation. It is within walking distance from Ueno Park. There are a lot of people wandering around at night, so traveling is very safe.

As a 4-star hotel, there is room for improvement in maintaining cleanliness. The following issues have been observed: 1. Room Carpet: The carpets in the rooms are visibly dirty, with noticeable debris or dust that can be seen with the naked eye. 2. Pantry Area: There is no trash bin provided in the pantry area, and it is common to find empty drink bottles left on the floor, uncleaned. 3. Guestroom Cleaning Service: After requesting trash removal from the room, I returned to find a prank note attached to the trash that read, “Room service cannot remove customers’ belongings.” While it was clearly a prank, it is shocking to encounter such an incident in a 4-star hotel. I hope this feedback helps in addressing these issues to meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment.

Located in Ginza, it is the perfect accommodation for a trip to downtown Tokyo. However, if you reserve a smoking room, non-smokers are advised to avoid it due to the strong cigarette smell. The non-smoking room was fully booked, so I reserved a smoking room, but the cigarette smell was so strong that it was very uncomfortable.

We did not take breakfast because it was extremely expensive. The location is very good. The new Otani also has an old part, our room was dated and big but it was disappointing because we expected the best. The pool is 7000 yen pp. per visit.

Had my flight delayed and requested for an extended check-out but in vain. In return, I was told to pay additional 1k JPY for every hour of extension. IMO, there’s nothing wrong with their way of handling the request, but hope to have them consider the request especially I have been staying the same hotel during my last three trip to Tokyo.

Bed size and room size is bigger than imagine for semi-double bedded room. Though a bit away from metro and JR station but easy access to most of the sightseeing areas either direct access or just 1 interchange stop.

Had a nice stay at Mitsui garden, there’s a donki store just across the street. There’s not much amenities though, no gym or anything just a restaurant for breakfast. We had a nice view in our hotel room.

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

The breakfast is not good. It is because some food are not provided while they have in previous day. It is very strange that no natto and mentaiko are served for the breakfast while they are provided in previous days.
