I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from the balcony was great, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel demonstrated a keen attention to detail. They provided amenities like a Dyson hair dryer, and complimentary beer and soft drinks. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you!

The hotel is clean, looks new and nice design too. Rooftop is the bonus as can see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple clearly. Nice view. However, the location bit far from Asasuka station by walking. But if you walk through Nakamise street, you will find it interesting as lots things to shop and eat😉 A helpful staff during our check in as she went extra miles to assist us to call the parking lot management and enquired their charge rate. it has been raining over the few days when we were in Tokyo. I have been reading a lot of review before deciding on Kitano hotel. our deciding payoff as we consider this is one of the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo as the room is spacious and full of amenities. the hotel breakfast is also very classic althougth only 2 choices (either a japanese or western breakfast). the staffs at the hotel is very polite and helpful. thank you to the hotel management and wish you have a properous business

Hotel is in T3 of the Haneda Airport. It is good for travelers who are arriving in Tokyo late at night. Check-in was very smoothly. Hotel is well kept with spa, gym & restaurant. There are lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Train is close by to connect to other places in Tokyo.

전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었어요! 여행 경비를 줄이고싶지만 청결과 편의성을 포기하고싶지 않고 공용 샤워실과 화장실을 사용하는게 거슬리지 않는다면 적극 추천합니다~ 객실, 공용 샤워실, 화장실 모두 깨끗하게 관리되고 있고 스탭들도 친절해요. 더블룸의 경우 세면대가 객실에 딸려있고 요청시 수건을 매일 갈아줘서 이용이 편했습니다 퇴실 후 캐리어도 맡길 수 있는데다가 어댑터, 가습기와 같은 비품도 대여가 가능해서 좋았어요. 근처에 로손, 세븐일레븐등의 편의점이 있어서 귀갓길에 간식사오기도 좋구요. 단점을 꼽자면 근처에 늦게까지하는 술집이 별로 없다는 점 정도인 것 같아요.

I enjoyed my stay at Unplan Shinjuku where I have met so many friends. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs where I had catch-ups with all the travellers with all kinds of alcohol. The shared shower room and toilet are both okay - at least cleaner than what I expected. I saw the staff clean it quite often. Recommended for all the people who travel alone!
